Responsible for delivery and support of all technology, including desktop, network, telephony, software development, operations, self-service channels, item processing, ACH, wires, and ATMs. As Chief Technology Officer, reported directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
- Directed technical and operational resources to move from an outsourced core processing system to a new in-house solution. Supported initial conversion, and helped drive cultural change needed to maintain an in-house core.
- Delivered technology refreshes on additional key platforms, including ATMs, item capture, telecommunications, internet banking, and voice-response.
